Art is the expression of our longing for divine creation

The perception of our environment, our fellow human beings and, last but not least, our own self leads us into the perception of the whole of creation. From this encounter and touch, the impulse arises to become creatively active oneself. Marika Fleck pursues this impulse and transforms her creativity and spirituality into paintings in acrylic, watercolor or pastel. The representational and the abstract, the obvious and the enigmatic find their way onto paper and canvas. For the viewer, the possibility of an encounter with the works, a renewed perception and touch of his senses and his soul opens up. Marika Fleck has been a member of the Kunstverein Kettenwerk, Hamburg-Langenhorn since 2021.
